New Redo rule changes.

 One of the biggest situations to unfortunately happen in most leagues, is begging for redo(s) upon race finish, this usually happens with people fighting for standings in the championship (mainly the lead) where the drivers finishing the race at a more worse position than their championship rival will ask for a redo, in-hopes the redo will come and they will get a better position than last time.

"This redo-begging is of no good means, simply for own benefit, most of the time working due to drivers overpowering the officiator.

From now on, there will be consequences of redo begging without any reasons of why a redo.

Take this situation: The car number 32, and 29 are at first and second position, the car no. 15 is at third.

Let's take that 15 is at the second position in the championship, and the 32 is at first.

The race finishes with 32 winning, and the 29 at second meanwhile the 15 fell to 5th position following a tangle with another driver (pinning etc.)

Post-race: The 15 driver will try to desperately ask for a redo saying "REDO, i got tangled with another car there was a crash"

Or something like that.

This is redo begging, and if the redo from the situation was accepted (without any proper reason as there wasn't a massive crash and simply only a tangle with another driver) 

The 15 driver could have benefited from the redo by taking out the championship rival, getting a position better than the rival etc.

To combat this, drivers not giving proper reason and asking for a redo will be inspected, a proper one.

Drivers asking for a redo, and found out that it is the case of redo-begging, by proper inspection will get a race ban.

If the said driver was someone who was involved in scandals of unsportsmanlike dirty-driving/wall pinning etc.

A severe penalty is issued, and the driver will get a 2 or 3 race ban."

This is due to the race at Texas Motor Speedway where drivers begged for redos.
