New RBCA Cup Charter system

 RBCA officials have released the new charter system. 26 Full-time charters and 8 Part-time charters. Teams interested. This should continue to be the charter system into S5. 

RBCA has denied teams from adding 4 full time cars and 1 part time. 

"It would be stupid to allow teams to have 5 cars per season. Plus it could end up with teams having an unfair advantage." - Maple
